- "Applicants who meet all of the points in 1, 2, and 3 below, and those who meet one of the eligibility requirements
from A to D"
1. Applicants who do not have Japanese nationality and those who have not obtained permanent residence status
"2. Applicants who took the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) in 2015,
according to the Japan Student Services Organization"
"3. Since all of the classes at this university are conducted in Japanese, applicants must have a level of
Japanese language proficiency that is sufficient to take these classes"
(A) Applicants who have completed 12 years of formal education abroad, who will have done so by March 31, 2016, or who are designated as being prepared by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
(B) Applicants who have been awarded an international baccalaureate by the International Baccalaureate Foundation based on the Swiss Civil Code, and who have reached the age of 18 or will have done so by March 31, 2016
(C) Applicants who have the Abitur qualification that is recognized as a university entrance qualification in every state in Germany, and who will have reached the age of 18 by March 31, 2016
(D) Applicants who have the baccalaureate qualification that is recognized as a university entrance qualification in France, and who will have reached the age of 18 by March 31, 2016

Comprehensive review including the results of the EJU (as well as TOEFL or TOEIC results for Faculty of Engineering Division 1 and Faculty of Science and Technology), as well as interviews. (Oral exams will be given, depending on the department.)
